Vandalism and theft of cables, electricity, copper, etc has become such a problem that, in some areas, maintenance teams spend all their time and budget on replacing and repairing. This affects you, our customers, and the public.

Every time copper or cabling is stolen, it means loss of power to customers, damage to appliances and often increased threat to property and life. In some cases, if the neutral conductor is stolen, the damages to electric gates, computers and appliances can total up to R30 000 in a single household.
