Meter Readers Code of conduct 1. Meter readers should be dressed in uniform for the customer to allow them into their house to read the meter. The uniform should have their company logo in front and City Power logo at the back 2.Meter readers should be able to display their ID cards to customers to verify their company details with City Power's call centre 3.Contractors will also deliver meter reading notification dates as they read in their specific areas. The contractor's details are provided above for the customers to phone in readingsin case of no access and also for customers to make arrangements for access for meter readers. For any meter reading queries please do not hesitate to call the company reading in your area or call City Power call centre on 011 375-5555 and Choose Option 2.
